Jason Judge - CEO
Jason leads the development and execution of 5nine Software strategic direction and brings a savvy leadership experience and executive talent.
Prior to 5nine Jason was a CEO of Veriato Software. Prior to joining Veriato, Jason served as Chairman and CEO of ScriptLogic, a leading provider of systems lifecycle management solutions for Microsoft Windows-based networks. There, he successfully led ScriptLogic through its multi-million dollar acquisition by Quest Software in 2007, and remained on board as CEO for two more years. Jason also served as CEO of POPspace Corp. and vice president of business development at WesTower through its merger with SpectraSite in 1999. His executive leadership career began in 1993 when he founded and served as president of Omni Communications.
Andy Langsam - COO
Andy recently joined 5nine to lead the day to day operations of this exciting fast growing company that enables customers to migrate to, manage and secure their virtual and cloud environments.
Prior to 5nine, Andy was Executive Vice President of LogicNow a private VC backed company which was acquired by Solarwinds in a $490M transaction in 2016. Prior to LogicNow, Andy served as President of ScriptLogic, a VC backed Windows management leader, which was acquired by Quest Software in a $90M transaction in 2007. Prior to ScriptLogic, Andy served as Vice-President of Sales for BMC software. Andy started his career out of college with IBM and quickly moved up the sales management ranks.
Konstantin Malkov - Chief Technology Officer and Director
Dr. Konstantin Malkov is the Chief Technology Officer at 5nine Software, where he manages design and development of 5nine Virtualization Security Management and Compliance products.
Previously Konstantin was a CTO for PWI, Inc. and privacyware.com, where he led the design of various security products - including ThreatSentry and PrivateFirewall.
Between 1998 and 2005 Dr. Malkov served as a CTO for Internet Transactions Solutions which was acquired by ORCC for $45 mln.
Konstantin has also managed numerous commercial software development projects in the field of messaging, workflow, business analytics and security for various world-class organizations including AT&T, Gillette Company, Lucent Technologies, IBM, EasyLink Services, Premiere Global Services, Webroot Software, and many others.
Dr. Malkov is a recognized, international scientist and is co-founder of the Department of Non-linear Dynamic Systems and Control at Moscow State University. He is a former professor of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Moscow State University and received his Ph.D in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from that institution. Professor in Applied Mathematics (1990); Dr. Malkov has resided in the US since 1991.
Morgan Holm - Vice President of Product Management
Morgan brings over 14 years of product management experience with enterprise software, focusing on identity, security and systems management.
Prior to 5nine Software, Morgan was a Senior Product Manager at EmpowerID, managing their identity, access management and single sign-on solution. Before this, Morgan was a Senior Product Manager at Beyond Trust through the acquisition of Blackbird. At Blackbird Morgan was responsible for their management suite of products providing automation, compliance, data governance, business continuity and disaster recovery for Microsoft infrastructure.
Morgan employs a customer driven and market centric approach to product management to deliver high quality products that fill market needs.
Thomas Novello - Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Thomas leads all sales activity. Thomas led and contributed to 5nine Software’s significant growth. Including managing direct sales, sales operations, sales process, and partner activities.
Thomas has over 20 years of experience; starting his career with Platinum Technology (acquired by CA) while attending and graduating from North Central College, Naperville, Illinois.
Further experience includes individual contributor, and leadership roles at Tidal Software(acquired by Cisco Systems). While the Director of Sales at Tidal Software, Thomas implemented sales process, metric driven marketing activities, resulting in significant contributions to revenue growth and returning the company to profitability. Positioning the company for a successful sale to Cisco Systems for $126 million. Thomas also has held individual contributor and leadership roles at IBM, and Keynote Systems.
Ratmir Timashev - Director
Ratmir Timashev possesses a rare combination of proven business savvy, forward-looking technical knowledge and market vision.
As president and CEO of Veeam Software, Ratmir brings to bear more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience building, advising and investing in successful technology companies. In 1997, he founded Aelita Software, provider of award-winning Windows Server systems management software.
In 2004, Aelita was acquired by Quest Software, and after ensuring the successful continuation of Aelita’s products and strategy at Quest, Ratmir founded Veeam Software to provide similar systems management solutions for virtualized server infrastructures.
Ratmir earned a master's degree in Chemical Physics from the Ohio State University in 1995, and prior to that has graduated from Moscow Physical technical Institute.
He continues to share his knowledge and ideas to fuel innovative IT solutions around the world.
Michael Triplett - Director
Michael Triplett is a managing partner and joined Insight in 1998. Mike focuses on investments in Infrastructure and Application Software companies and has been instrumental in investments in more than twenty companies, many of which have achieved fast growth and realized significant value for shareholders and employees.
Notable among these are the IPOs of Click Commerce, Solarwinds Inc. (NYSE: SWI), and Quest Software, and the acquisitions of Aelita Software (acquired by Quest Software) Authorize.net (acquired by Go2Net), Astaro (acquired by Sophos), Imceda Software (acquired by Quest Software), Folhamatic (acquired by Sage plc), eEye Digital Security (acquired by BeyondTrust), and ScriptLogic (acquired by Quest Software).
Recently Mike has invested in several companies in Brazil, in addition to his investments in Europe and the United States.
